World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is a faith-based humanitarian and development organization committed to enhancing the well-being of children, youth, and communities. Operating in Timor-Leste since 1995. WVTL currently implements programs across Aileu, Baucau, Bobonaro, Covalima, Oe-cusse, Manatuto, and Ermera.
Purpose
World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is seeking a qualified Fuel Station company. The purpose is to supply Fuel for Motor Vehicle of World Vision Timor-Leste.
Scope of Work
The scope of work of this service shall cover the supply of Fuel to World Vision Timor-Leste in Oe-cusse Area Program based on the request.
Eligible Criteria
- The Supplier must be legally registered in Timor-Leste (evident by a valid SERVE certificate)
- The supplier must have existing fuel station in Sub-Region of Pante Macassar of Região Administrativa Especial Oe-Cusse Ambeno (RAEOA)
- The Supplier should meet a minimum standard as a fuel station which is under the National Authority of Petroleum and Mineral (NAPM) supervision and regulation in Timor-Leste
- The Supplier must have minimum six (6) months of experience as a fuel provider
- The Supplier must have a company bank account and is willing to accept monthly credit payments
- The provider be able to accept the payment through bank transfer
- The Supplier Must pass the Blocked Party Screening (BPS) process before signing the agreement
- The company should sign World Vision Child and Adult Safeguarding Behavior Protocols before or upon signing the agreement
