Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate understanding of World Vision's development approach in the community.
- Promote inclusive participation, especially of vulnerable groups.
- Build partnerships with local stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Monitor and evaluate project activities and community impact.
- Support advocacy and social accountability to improve services for children and families.
- Assist with M&E data collection and project learning.
- Participate in local community life and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, community development, agriculture, or related field.
- Experience in livelihoods, re-greening, agriculture, or community facilitation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and cultural sensitivity skills.
- Familiarity with community development principles and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information:
- Participation in spiritual and community events is expected.
- Must be willing to live and work closely with the community.
