- Facilitating community understanding of World Vision's development approach
- Conducting risk assessments and developing early warning systems
- Designing and implementing anticipatory action frameworks tailored to local hazards
- Building strong partnerships with community stakeholders, youth, and local committees
- Delivering capacity-building and training to enhance community resilience
- Supporting participatory, inclusive decision-making and social accountability
Requirements
- Experience in disaster risk reduction
- Experience in community-based programs
- Experience using meteorological data for early action planning
