Position Overview

WN is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer, to work with WN's Senior MEAL Officer (based in Bali) on WN Southeast Asia's (SEA) Timor-Leste country program. The position is based in WN's office in Oecusse, Timor Leste, with an expectation of approximately 50% travel to remote locations in Oecusse and Bobonaro Region, Timor-Leste.

The position is open only to Timor Leste and Indonesian nationals specifically NTT, with proficiency in Tetun/Baikeno language. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in monitoring and evaluation, with at least 2 years with an international organization and donor-funded project, preferably USAID.
• Strong English and Tetun/Baikeno spoken and writing skills. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferrable.
• Demonstrated excellence in report writing, research, data collection, analysis and management.
• Expertise in MS Excel, MS Access, Tableu, Power BI, or other similar tools for data management, analysis, and visualization.
• Demonstrated excellence in PowerPoint, creating professional presentations for multiple audiences.
• Excellent knowledge of specialized data analysis/statistical software packages.
• Experience with CommCare, KoboCollect, or another similar digital collection tool.
