To'os ba Moris Di'ak (TOMAK), a DFAT funded bilateral cooperation between the Government of Timor-Leste and the Government of Australia with the office at Ministry of Agriculture Livestock and Fisheries and Forestry (MALF), in Comoro Dili, is auctioning four (4) cars used during implementation of the program.

The vehicles will be located at TOMAK's Dili office at the Ministry of Agriculture compound and will be available for inspection on request, from 17 March to 25 March 2026.

1. Vehicle Assessment and Collection of Bid Template

2. Bid Application Information
- All bids must be submitted using the TOMAK Bid Template
- The template can be collected from any TOMAK Office (Dili, Baucau, Bobonaro, Viqueque), or requested by email from Ms. Fernandes at [email protected]
Terms and Conditions
- Collect the TOMAK Bid Template and enter your bid amount in US$
- Submit the completed and signed bid form in a sealed envelope to the TOMAK Office before 4:00 pm on Friday, 25 March 2026
- Place the sealed envelope in the tender box located at the TOMAK office reception
- Vehicles are sold strictly on an "as-is, where-is" basis
- Late submissions (after 4:00 pm, 25 March 2026) will not be accepted
- TOMAK will not notify unsuccessful bidders
- Successful bidders must pay the full amount stated in the signed bid form within 1 working day of notification
- The vehicle will only be released once payment is confirmed in the TOMAK account
- TOMAK reserves the right to cancel the bid if payment is not received within 1 working day after notification and acceptance
- Bank account details will be provided to the successful bidder for payment
- The successful buyer is responsible for all registration, transfer fees, and related costs
- If bidding on more than one vehicle, a separate bid form must be submitted for each vehicle
- TOMAK reserves the right to cancel the sale if the reserve price is not met
