We are seeking moderately experienced HR Staff to support the HR administration of an international infrastructure project located in Timor-Leste. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project Personnel Matters, Labor Issues, Income Tax Operation, and Monthly Payroll Calculation while ensuring compliance with labor low standards and project contract requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate personnel and employee records and regularly updated contract employment issues in project activities.
- Input required data in list to calculate monthly employee salary until finalized for their salary payments.
- Manage income tax and social insurance by the Government in accordance with applicable regulations to complete calculations until reflected in report to applicable authorities.
- Cooperate and correspond with several matters regarding Laborer Problems to coordinate with Labor Office.
- Strictly comply with compliance in accordance with Company Regulations in order to guide employees to good working.
Requirements
- A holder of a Bachelor of Arts, Economy and Business degree graduate university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR section.
- Knowledge of labor system and employment law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Business or Conversational in English, written and spoken.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
