We are seeking moderately experienced GA and Procurement Staff to support our administration section for the work of international infrastructure project located in Timor-Leste. The successful candidate would be responsible for managing project GA Matters, Vehicle arrangements, Guest Relationship, Supervising of Maintenance and Purchase Activities while ensuring compliance with labor low standards and project contract requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of drivers' activities and vehicle fuel consumption and take responsibility for all vehicle-related matters.
- Make reservations of Air Tickets, Accommodations and Vehicles for Guests coming to visit Timor Leste, and also handle their requirements during their stay.
- Prepare and provide company uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) for office staff and guests, ensuring controlled stock management by size and quantity.
- Purchase all office supplies and required goods for the residential house as requested by office staff at reasonable prices through negotiations with vendors.
- Strictly comply with compliance in accordance with Company Regulations in order to guide employees to good working.
Requirements
- A holder of a Bachelor of Arts, Economy and Business degree graduate university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in GA and/or Procurement both sections.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Issue for Housing and Accommodation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Business or Conversational in English, written and spoken.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
