Job Responsibilities
- To help the chef in the kitchen doing anything what he wants and requires e.g. cutting food materials, washing dishes and cooking a part of easy process.
- Maintain the material of foods always to keep fresh and clean and keep controlling those quantities to tell the chef before not to get lack of stocks.
- Manage to storage anything to keep inside of cupboard in the kitchen not to keep goods put on it in kitchen area e.g. near kitchen sink.
- Handle to care of Gas Cylinder with accessories anytime keeping in good condition and pay attention to conditions not out of stock.
- Treat kitchen goods and tools to care not to be broken. If in case you can feel anything bad, please tell the chef first about the conditions.
Requirements
- A holder of a graduation certificate of High School or more above.
- More than 5 years of experience in some working places.
- Knowledge how to use kitchenware and tools.
- Reasonably familiar with recipes of cuisine.
- Conversational Level in English, written and spoken.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
