HR Manager
Main Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversees administrative and financial operations
- Ensures effective financial planning, budgeting, reporting
- Manages accounts payable and receivable
- Maintains financial records
- Ensures compliance with financial regulations
- Supervises administrative staff and functions
Qualifications:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years proven experience in finance and administration roles
- Track record of successful financial management and administrative oversight
- Preferably in oil and gas industry
Compensation and Benefits Officer
Main Responsibilities:
- Manages end-to-end payroll process
- Ensures accurate and timely payment of employee salaries
- Handles payroll deductions and tax withholding
- Maintains payroll records
- Ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Resolves payroll-related issues and inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years proven experience in payroll processing and management
- Preferably in oil and gas industry
General Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Tetum, both written and oral communications
- Must comply with the required qualifications for each position
- Knowledge of Portuguese and Indonesian language is a plus
