The Senior Manager, GEDSI and Land Governance provides strategic leadership to advance gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI) and equitable land governance across the organization's programs and influencing agenda. The role strengthens inclusive approaches to land and natural resource governance, tenure security, and land rights—particularly for women, people with disabilities, youth, and other marginalized groups—by shaping policy, program quality, partnerships, and advocacy. The position also provides high-level oversight and technical guidance to selected smaller initiatives, including the Youth Employability Accelerator Program (YEAP), to ensure coherence, quality, and alignment with GEDSI principles and organizational standards. The role ensures GEDSI is systematically integrated into land governance work and that related initiatives contribute to rights-based, inclusive, and transformative outcomes.
