Background Information

The Ministry of Health as the Principal Recipient of the Global Fund grants to fight against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria in Timor-Leste. Accordingly, the Principal Recipient is interested in implementing a good governance policy to ensure accountability, transparency, efficiency, and efficacy of the program implementation to ensure sustainable results and strengthen the health system in Timor-Leste.
