Auction Eligibility Criteria
- Auction is open for external (MERCY CORPS Timor-Leste vendors and/or others)
- Participant is required to register in the list of participants for Auction with a copy of ID card (BI/Eleitoral)
- Provide a guaranteed statement that the payment will be done in cash or transfer to MCTL Bank Account number and all the participants to send the proof of payment before getting MCTL assets
- Operation decision is final, cannot be revoke
Date Scheduled and Auction Instructions
- The Auction Form can be obtained at Operations Department of Mercy Corps from 23 April 2025 until 30 April 2025
- Interested participants can check the items on 25 April 2025 at Mercy Corps Office from 09:00am till 03:00pm
- Participants must return the Auction Form in a sealed envelope with complete details by 2 May 2025 before 4:00pm local time
- All items have the auction initiation price as the minimum price to bid
- The winner is the highest bidder
