CEI (Client Exit Interview) Data Enumerator

Position Summary

Collect accurate data across 13 municipalities through surveys, interviews, and field observations to support evidence-based decision making and program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients in a respectful, culturally sensitive manner while providing clear, accessible explanations of the interview process and purpose
  • Ensure informed consent is obtained through comprehensive explanation of participant rights, confidentiality measures, and voluntary participation before conducting any interviews
  • Collaborate effectively with facility staff and community liaisons to ensure smooth operations at both Center and Outreach locations
  • Conduct structured interviews with MSTL clients at designated service delivery points, following standardized protocols and maintaining consistency across all data collection sites
  • Ensure accurate, complete data entry into electronic systems using provided tablets, adhering to established quality control standards and data validation procedures
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to professional conduct, punctuality, and task completion within established timelines
  • Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and capacity-building activities while maintaining open communication with CEI-led supervision team
  • Uphold confidentiality standards and ethical data handling practices throughout all phases of data collection

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in health field of study, preferably bachelor's degree in public health, Statistics, Social Sciences, other health related area
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in data collection, field research, or survey implementation; rural/remote area experience preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tablets and mobile data collection applications
  • Personal Skills: Excellent communication in local languages, attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, physical stamina for extensive travel, and organizational skills

Working Conditions

  • Extensive travel across 13 municipalities (80% travel time)
