Responsible for leading and ensuring maximum distributor focus and investment on beer via excellent outlet execution.
Ensure sales team volume targets are met in assigned area

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Target for designated area
Healthy stock on hand - To manage sales orders and sell out programs
Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers.
Ensure promotions are in with company’s standards.
Monitor local competitors, timely sharing of competitor intel to gain competitive advantage by pre-empting competitors' moves and work on counter measures.
Evaluate and report all changes that affect the company’s operations such as trade and competitors activities to ensure that the company maintains awareness of the situation
Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
Carry out effective journey plan (PJP)
Develop close working relationship with outlets in order to derive mutually beneficial gains
Aggressively pursue and ensure strategic placement of merchandising in appropriate outlets
Ensure to increase sales volumes by making sure that the full range of Company products are available at all outlets
Actively ensure account is fully stock with all pack types and avoid any stock out and actively implement the FIFO concept
Ensure to maintain > 90 % of brand presence (FS) in all outlets
QUALIFICATIONS:
University graduate in Sales/ Business Administration/ Marketing (preference)
At least 1 years’ experience in Sales role
Preference experience in FMCG, Beer and Beverage
Excellent market understanding and able to build and maintain relationship with good business acumen.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Responsible and active and problem solving, and opportunity identification.
