Brand Manager

Job Purpose:

  • Work together with HTSA Commercial Manager & MBI Marketing Team to drive commercial performance as the brand CEO and lead growth strategy from planning to execution for the brands assigned.
  • Champion consumer needs, curious & challenge status quo, translate into brand vision & objectives, act as entrepreneur when defining commercial plan & mobilize stakeholders to execute.
  • Continuously grow brand power and convert it into volume & share; manage the brand from equity, commercial & profitability.
  • Have a learning mindset for personal growth & empathy to develop his/her team indirectly (i.e. agencies, peers, commerce team & beyond).
  • Manage stakeholders from internal HTSA to MBI

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related fields
  • 3 years’ experience in brand development or marketing positions
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Analytical skills on business and development of marketing strategies
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Driven, motivated with a good work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Self-starter, Good Attitude and team work
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of Tetum / Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
