Supply Chain & Admin Officer

As a Supply Chain & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain operations and administrative tasks within the Hospitality Department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and administrative support to Burger King, Gloria Jean's Coffees. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Inventory Control and Procurement Management:
  • Forecast the demand for a minimum of upcoming 6 months based on the previous year's consumptions with market activations.
  • Update the existing stock levels with expire dates and actual consumption to alert the over/short stock quantity to operations team.
  • Forecast and inquire about the orders with expiration dates with the suppliers and send the orders to relevant department in ETT under the approval with proposed vessels.
  • Maintain the landed cost with maximum ordering with consolidations and 0.5% waste value in warehouse from net sales per each brand.
  • Submit the day-to-day reports from operations to the back office including all other documents for Burger King, GJC and Cheers.
  • Record all the Petty Cash, GRN's, Invoices and expenses in monitoring.
