KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned municipalities.
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
- Skills: Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to travel within Timor.
- Valid driver's license for large vehicles.
