Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of air conditioning systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of AC units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system issues, ensuring timely repairs.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
- Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixtures, and switches.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, and carpentry as needed.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) is preferred.
- Proven experience in AC maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
