The Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer is responsible for supporting and carrying out monitoring, evaluation, data collection, interviews, data entry, and reporting activities for the IPRFF project. The position will focus on the accurate, complete, and confidential collection and management of data related to beneficiaries, cash assistance, vouchers, and distribution of goods.
This position entails strong attention to detail and careful verification of data to support project implementation in accordance with CARE and donor procedures. The Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer will work closely with the project team, finance staff, community leaders, and beneficiaries to ensure that all data and documentation are ready for reporting, monitoring, and auditing purposes. The Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer is also responsible for leading and conducting monitoring, evaluation, data collection, interviews, data entry, and reporting activities for the program. The position requires a person who can work professionally, pay close attention to data quality, and support the implementation of project activities.
