CARE in Timor-Leste is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a temporary four-month assignment to provide senior-level leadership, guidance, and management of all Human Resources functions. This role will temporarily replace the current HR Manager and will be responsible for ensuring effective HR operations, compliance, and support to staff and managers across the organization.
This role is a representative on the Senior Management Team (SMT) and directly manages the Senior HR Officer and the Senior IT Officer (2 staff).
