Purpose
CARE in Timor-Leste is relocating to a new office facility in Dili and seeks proposals from experienced contractors to execute the complete Construction and Renovation of CARE Timor-Leste's Dili Office in Fomento, Comoro.
Scope of Work
- Rehabilitation of Main Building (structural repairs, electrical and plumbing upgrades, interior refurbishment)
- Construction of Sanitary Facilities
- Construction of Perimeter Fence
- Temporary Office Building relocation
Technical Requirements
- Materials must meet Timor-Leste Building Codes and ISO standards
- Environmental compliance: Waste management plan, low-VOC paints
- Accessibility: ramps and inclusive design
- Timeline: Maximum 16 weeks from commencement
Bidder Qualifications
- Valid Timor-Leste contractor license (Category: Building Construction)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial renovations
- Proof of similar projects (3 references with contacts)
- Financial stability (audited statements)
- Compliance with Labor laws
