Background
CARE is an international development and humanitarian organisation that has been working in Timor-Leste since 1994. With programmes that extend across all parts of the country, CARE works with partners to save lives, defeat poverty, and achieve social justice.
CARE works with remote, rural communities and civil society partners to combat gender inequality, as this has been shown to be one of the most effective ways to create sustainable development outcomes.
Scope of Work
- Daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, corridors, and restrooms
- Daily cleaning of office utensils
- Waste collection and disposal
- Cleaning of windows (internal and external)
- Periodic deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and floors
- Supply of cleaning materials and equipment
- Additional cleaning tasks as required by the client
Contract Details
- Location: Fomento, Comoro, Dili, Timor-Leste
- Total size of land area: Approximately 3650 SQM
- Initial term: 1 year (starting from December 15, 2025)
- Possible extension up to 4 years
