The proposed property should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Size: Minimum 1,000 m² of unfurnished office space
- Additional requirements:
- Parking area for at least 30 vehicles
- Large conference room (capacity: 20+ persons)
- Warehouse space (minimum 200 m2)
- Additional space for 2 shipping containers
- Accessibility: located within Dili Municipality, with clear access to major roads
- Security: Perimeter fencing, controlled access points, and standard security installations
Lease Terms
- Commencement Date: 18th August 2025
- Duration: Initial lease term of three (3) years, with potential for renewal upon mutual agreement
