Administration and Logistics Officer – TLAus4Resilience Project

The Role

The Administration and Logistics Officer provides administrative, logistics, and operational support to ensure smooth implementation of the TLAus4Resilience project. The role ensures efficient coordination of project administration, travel management, and office operations, enabling program teams to deliver activities on time and in compliance with CARE and DFAT requirements.

The position plays a critical role in supporting multi-partner operations (CARE, WVTL, and CSOs) and facilitating field-level implementation across project locations.

This position is based in Dili, with travel to other field offices as required.

Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Proven experience in logistics and procurement function with minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with an International Non-Government Organization (INGO) or private company
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a diverse team
  • Demonstrate a strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in managing and administering cash advance
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistics and procurement, SUN and other donors' systems as an advantage
  • Good communication skills in Tetum and English is required
  • Ability to work within clearly defined routines and plans; repetitive manual duties, with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate flexible approach and ability to work under pressure and to organize and manage workload to meet deadlines
