The Feeding Trial Manager will support the implementation of a cattle feeding trial under the ACIAR-funded project SLAM/2020/141 – Increasing On-farm Labour Productivity for Sustainable Production, Nutrition and Inclusive Livelihood Gains in Timor-Leste.
The feeding trial is a collaborative activity involving TOSKA, Charles Darwin University (Australia), MALFF, and other project partners. The study aims to evaluate improved feeding strategies for cattle production and contribute to increased livestock productivity and farmer livelihoods in Timor-Leste.
The position will be supervised by TOSKA's National Team Leader and National Research Coordinator. Researchers from Charles Darwin University have designed the study, while the Feeding Trial Manager will be responsible for managing daily trial operations and supporting data collection activities.
Preference will be given to candidates from Manufahi Municipality or nearby areas due to the field-based nature of the livestock activities and the need for regular presence at Dotik livestock Centre.
01 August 2026 to 31 October 2026
Interested candidates are invited to submit a Cover Letter and Curriculum Vitae (CV).
