What You'll Do:
- Provide technical leadership and training to project staff
- Oversee implementation of CVA action plans and youth programs
- Ensure program quality, learning, and impact
- Build partnerships and influence national policy
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in related technical roles
- Proven leadership in youth or child-focused programs
- Skilled in project design, facilitation, and communication
- Fluent in Tetun and English
- Aligned with World Vision's values and commitment to inclusion
