Project Overview & Background

The KOICA-funded project, BENU (Better Child Nutrition in Bobonaro), is implementing a child nutrition project in Bobonaro Municipality, Timor-Leste, targeting the Cailaco and Balibo Post-Administrative areas.

As part of its activities, the BENU project aims to support the installation of rainwater collection facilities (water tanks) for 252 vulnerable households across 11 Aldeias due to the critical lack of agricultural water, especially for kitchen gardening activities.

Requirements for Applicants

• Eligible and capable of managing the full process (material procurement, and delivery)
• Official registration under Timor-Leste government law
• Submit all the required documents
• Submit the quotation for both water tanks (1200L and 2200L)

Application Requirements

• Company profile
• Company Legal Document/Business License (SERVE Certificate)
• Bank account information (must be a company bank account)
• Financial Proposal (Price list of material and delivery cost)

Selection Criteria

• Receiving all the documents
• Fill out World Vision Supplier Application Form
• Screening the Company Profile (10%)
• Evaluation of document submitted (Quotation, proposal, plan) - 40%
• Price - 30%
• Reference of Work - 20%
