Background
World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is seeking to rent suitable office space in Oecusse to accommodate approximately 30 staff members and serve as a base for program management and coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum space size: 60m2 x 60m2 compound
- House size: minimum 10m2 x 12m2
- Location: RAEOA, Administrative post of Pante Macassar, 100-500m from main road
- 3-5 rooms for Finance, Project team activities, plus kitchen and restrooms
- Facilities must include: electricity, water, air conditioning, meeting rooms, parking space, kitchen, restrooms
- Accessible for People with Disabilities (PWD)
- Secure with good fencing
- Backup power supply/generator preferred
Lease Terms
- Minimum 1 year with option for renewal up to 3-5 years
- Rent escalation: 5-10% annually
