Internet Service Provider for Starlink Monthly Package Activation

Background

World Vision is a global relief, development, and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. Inspired by our Christian values, we work with the world's most vulnerable people, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender. World Vision Timor-Leste began its first project in Aileu municipality in 1995 and opened its national office in Dili in 1999. Today, we are implementing projects across five municipalities: Aileu, Baucau, Bobonaro, Covalima and Ermera including RAEOA - Oecusse.

Purpose

World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is seeking partnership and strategic contracting with several Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Timor-Leste, to provide Internet service to all WVTL offices (National Office and Area Program Offices).

Scope of Work

  • Provide Enterprise Package internet service for offices in Baucau, Bobonaro, Covalima, Oecusse, Aileu, and Dili
  • Open contract
  • Monthly basis with automatically top up
  • Provider must notify WVTL when have an issue with internet data

Eligibility Criteria

  • Legally registered in Timor-Leste with valid SERVE certificate
  • Technical support in WVTL operating municipalities
  • Maximum six months experience as Internet provider
  • Company bank account and willingness to accept monthly credit payments

  • Price list describing services and costs
  • Company profile and proposal (optional)
  • Authorized reseller license
  • Bank account information
