Work Assignment
- Organize coordination meetings between MCH-MoH team with international cost consultants
- Collect and analyze financial and non-financial information for the RMNCAH programme
- Organize and conduct field trips for consultation with health managers
- Support preparation of overall cost estimates using chosen costing tool
- Prepare validation workshop on final costing draft
- Arrange final costing draft, translate to Tetum, and coordinate document integration
Qualifications
- Advanced university degree in medicine, public health, social sciences, statistics, planning development, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience at national level
- Sound knowledge in preparing costing and budgeting
- Ability to work harmoniously as a team member
