Work Assignment
- Analyze relevant budget documents and identify child and climate-related allocations
- Provide technical support to the Ministry of Finance on budget tagging
- Develop indicators for monitoring program effectiveness
- Facilitate training and technical assistance to government officials
- Analyze budget data and contribute to transparency tools
- Prepare reports and present findings
- Develop budget briefs and support documentation

Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree/master's degree in public finance, economics, climate finance, development studies, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public financial management
- Experience in child budgeting and/or climate budgeting
- Knowledge of Timor-Leste budgeting system
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Fluent in local language and English
