Work Assignment
- Inception report with a summary of relevant documentation, approach, methodology, and work plan
- Under the guidance of the lead consultant, facilitation of workshops with relevant stakeholders
- Draft the key sections of the ESP under the guidance of the lead consultant
- Support finalization of the ESP and the annexes including M and E framework
- Presentation on ESP drafted and finalized
Deliverables
- Inception report
- Submission of a consolidated report of the workshops
- Draft report and its presentation for comments and feedback
- Final Education Sector Plan
Qualifications
- An advanced degree in education, social sciences, development studies and related fields
- At least 10 years of experience conducting national strategic plan reviews in Education Sector
- Experience in strategic and action plan development
- Proven experience in research and monitoring and evaluation
- Familiarity and experience working in the education sector in Timor-Leste will be an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in conducting multi-sectoral consultations and conducting workshops
