Work Assignment
- Inception report with a summary of relevant documentation, approach, methodology and approach
- Desk review of the national strategic plans and policies, education sector related documents
- Stakeholder consultation and finalization of the multiplier focus
- Draft Multiplier Programme document/proposal
- Revision based on feedback and validation
- Final Programme document and the GPE application package
Qualifications
- An advanced degree in education, social sciences, development studies and related fields
- At least 10 years of experience developing Education programmes and strategic plan, reviews in Education Sector and budgets
- Demonstrated experience of developing proposals under the GPE Operating model 2025
- Proven experience in research and monitoring and evaluation
- Demonstrated experience in conducting multi-sectoral consultations and workshops
- Strong communication (writing) and interpersonal skills
