Since 2006, Marie Stopes International Timor Leste (MSITL) has been supporting Timor-Leste's Ministry of Health to achieve the national maternal health goals by providing quality, affordable and accessible services.

Position Overview

As a member of the Operations Team and Clinical Quality team, the Pharmacist is responsible for managing pharmaceutical products, including drugs, consumables, and medical equipment, as well as overseeing the Central Warehouse at MSI Timor-Leste (MSITL).

Key Responsibilities

Management of Pharmaceutical Products & Central Warehouse

• Manage and control all MSITL Pharmaceutical Products throughout the SOD, Clinic and municipality bases
• Managing central warehouse in compliance with MSITL standard
• Ensure all documents related to stock management are properly filled and up to date
• Ensure and maintain MIN and MAX level of stock at Central warehouse
• Compile monthly stock reports
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security

Procuring Pharmaceutical Products

• Respond to requisition requests within one week
• Record requisitions in MSITL stock tracking system
• Ensure timely ordering of stock
• Raise purchase orders when required
• Check and code supplier invoices

Requirements

• Extended use of computer
