Background
Timor-Leste Red Cross (Cruz Vermelha de Timor-Leste - CVTL) is the country's leading humanitarian organisation and works as an auxiliary to the Government of Timor-Leste in emergency response and for vulnerable communities.
Objectives
- Conduct financial audit of CVTL National Headquarters for year ending December 31, 2024
- Conduct financial audit of Branch Fundraising Reports from Lospalos, Manatuto, Baucau, Viqueque, Dili & Liquisa Branch offices
- Provide independent opinion on financial statements
- Assess branch fundraising efforts
Audit Scope
- Internal Controls assessment
- Compliance with Agreement Terms and Regulations
- Follow-up on Prior Audit Recommendations
- Quality control procedures
Requirements
- Experience with international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Ability to conduct 6-day branch visits
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
